With no interest in making the weekly trek to cottage country, these professional clients chose to create all the amenities (including the water!) within steps of their mid-town back door.

A three-season furnished cabana with a large screen outdoor TV and a natural gas fireplace for entertainment, ambiance, and warmth; ceiling-mounted heaters to enjoy the French Open in May through to the Grey Cup in late November; the 12-person spa to host numerous New Year’s Eve and neighbours’ parties, as well as lots of quiet star-lit family nights.

A patio dining area, maintenance-free stone decks, outdoor kitchen, and additional upper deck complete the experience. Now, our clients truly enjoy the cottage life… right in their own backyard.
